1C implementation at the ALCO production site

One production site and an office, 200 staff. In three months we moved production chains, overseas purchasing, exports and customs documentation into 1C.

200 staff3 monthsProduction · foreign trade · customs

Problem

ALCO makes lubricants in Sumgait and sells them into export markets. Production runs through several stages, raw materials are bought abroad, finished goods go out to dozens of countries — and every batch carries its own customs paperwork.

Multi-stage production with complex chains
Raw materials bought abroad, finished goods sold for export
Customs documents tied to individual batches

Solution

We deployed 1C and brought four areas of the system live one after another, starting with production. Each stage ended with a working piece of the business, and the plant kept running throughout.

Production area: bills of materials, process stages, product cost
Foreign trade: raw materials imported, finished goods exported, currency transactions
Customs documents linked to batches and to product cost
Custom development and integrations built around how the plant works
