1C implementation at the ALCO production site
One production site and an office, 200 staff. In three months we moved production chains, overseas purchasing, exports and customs documentation into 1C.
Problem
ALCO makes lubricants in Sumgait and sells them into export markets. Production runs through several stages, raw materials are bought abroad, finished goods go out to dozens of countries — and every batch carries its own customs paperwork.
