Corporate messenger inside the company perimeter

Work conversations moved out of public messengers and onto the company’s own servers. End-to-end encryption, 50 staff, full control over the data and over who can reach it.

Problem

Work was discussed in public messengers on personal phones. The company controlled neither access nor storage: when someone left, the conversation history left with them, and company documents sat on somebody else’s servers.

Work conversations held in personal accounts
Company documents on somebody else’s servers
No control over access or storage

Solution

We deployed a messenger on the company’s own servers and moved work communication there. The data never leaves the perimeter, and the company controls access itself.

End-to-end encrypted conversations
Channels by department and project, rights by role
Access granted and revoked by the company itself
