SAFU — inventory and sales system
Our own system for inventory, sales, purchasing and payments — a compact alternative to a full ERP. Three deployments of different scope grew out of a single codebase.
Problem
A full ERP is more than a company needs, and more than it wants to pay, when all it wants is a clear view of inventory, sales, purchasing and payments. And spreadsheets stop coping at exactly the point where departments start reconciling stock and payments with each other.

Solution
We built the system around the way these companies actually work and deployed it three times: a base build, an extended one for manufacturing with foreign trade, and a reduced one for a trading company.
